At the heart of what we do is American food and drink at a high standard but always full of love and classic aspects of the USA. Our kitchen team is led by Head Chef Alex and Sous Chef Valerie. We strive for the kitchen to run smoothly through communication, protocols and a team of energetic and team-focused chefs. Our front of house managers are Carlos and Timi and they keep everything ship-shape! We try to find staff who want to start with us and grow their skills, brunch and dinner can be fast and furious so our staff are known far-and-away for their superior hospitality.
Currently, we operate a busy weekend brunch service, breakfast and lunch during the week and evening dinners. We are closed Monday and Tuesday, and we always close for Christmas.
It’s the September school change! So all our lovely summer staff are leaving us so we have a few positions to fill for the school year!
CURRENT OPENINGS – Front of House
Evening Assistant Manger (30-40 hrs) – We’re seeking a friendly and experienced Evening Assistant Manager to lead our busy restaurant and bar from Wednesday to Sunday, 3-10:30 PM. You’ll oversee smooth evening operations, including closing shifts and guiding our student staff. With strong experience in food service, bartending, and coffee-making, you’ll bring excellent menu knowledge and customer service to the table. You’ll be an approachable leader, ensuring a great experience for both our loyal regulars and new guests.
In this role, you’ll manage our local student delivery drivers, handle weekly specials, and help run the floor, especially during our popular Sunday NFL nights and American sports broadcasts. Occasionally, you’ll step in for daytime shifts when other managers are away. If you’re a natural at leading teams and thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment, we’d love to meet you!
Weekend & Evening Front of House (15 hrs) – Enigmatic front-of-house server to be a part of our busy FOH team. Experience taking orders, exceptional menu knowledge, and an overall knowledge of food service. You will be charming, and charismatic by providing a highly efficient, warm and effective service. Bartending and coffee skills are a HUGE plus as front house servers also work behind the bar.

CURRENT OPENINGS – Back of House
Chef (35 hrs) – Jr sous chef will report directly to the head chef and be responsible for the efficient running of service. They will begin by learning each station thoroughly – salad/sandwich, grill, breakfast, and fryers. This will include recipes, prep, service, and opening/clean-down. After mastering each station, the chef will be responsible for leading service. Importantly, the successful candidate will work well with the team to uphold high standards, enjoy their work, and inspire pride in the work through passionate energy for providing wonderful food from the heart.
